I founded JustShipIt in 2023, after Google shut down Area 120. At Area 120 I co founded three products: Touring Bird (2017, graduated to Google Travel), Shoploop (2020, graduated to Google Shopping and later YouTube Shopping), and Google's EV project (2022, integrated into Google Maps).

The model worked. I kept building. JustShipIt is the Swiss private company I run as a one person lab. The job: identify market gaps, ship 0 to 1 prototypes fast, validate, and either graduate the result into a proper company or retire it honestly. Two projects have already graduated to Interactive Foundry AG.

Solar production, battery charge and discharge, grid usage and net metering, multi year cashflow and ROI analysis. Built for a Romanian manufacturer whose installer could not produce an accurate ROI; right sized their installation. IP transferred to Interactive Foundry.

Parsed thousands of Reddit comments with LLMs to extract structured Rolex wait time data.

Estimated true demand and supply imbalance for hard to get references and was delivered to Plural Investing for data driven investment decisions. An early demonstration that fuzzy human content could be parsed at scale by LLMs.
